John Bolton to be new National Security Adviser: Trump
Previous US Ambassador to the
United Nations John R Bolton
would be the new National Security Adviser to President Donald Trump, powerful
April 9, supplanting Lt Gen H R McMaster.
Reports of McMaster's ouster had
surfaced a week ago yet the White House had dissipated them saying that there
were no progressions at the National Security Council (NSC).
Trump, nonetheless, took to
Twitter today to make a declaration in such manner.
The declaration of McMaster's
ouster, who theWhite House said had a "decent working relationship"
with Trump, is the most recent in a string of prominent White House takeoffs
sincePresident Trump took office in January 2017.
"I am satisfied to report
that, powerful 4/9/18,John Bolton will be my new National Security
Adviser," Trump said on Twitter.
"I am extremely appreciative
for the administration of General H.R.McMaster who has completed an exceptional
activity and will dependably remain my companion. There will be an official
